The Process
From homesite to home
Choose
Walk finished homes and available homesites at the Sunday open house, then select a plan.
Design
Work with the builder on plan changes and selections. An early contract offers the most choice.
Build and move in
About eight months for most homes, eleven to twelve with a finished basement, then closing and the builder’s warranty.
