Susy Yeatman founded Oak & Iron Realty after many years of helping East Tennessee clients buy and sell their homes. As Broker/Owner, she works with every client personally.
Much of her work is selling new homes for Healy Homes in The Heritage at Bluegrass, which gives her a builder’s eye for quality, cost and finish. She brings that same eye to established homes across West Knoxville and to homes on the water, close to where she lives.
